Starting to realise Jack White is like the turmeric of musical artists, anything he gets on gets completely stained with his colour. Luckily I happen to like Jack White an awful lot. That said, I think maybe he needs to begin collaborating with people who are going to leave a more equal impression on the listener.

Really strong start to this album - think the first two tracks are excellent. Debating whether it can go any higher, but I think a 6 is a fair reflection.
